1. Information We Collect

We collect only the data you choose to upload (images, URLs, and item information). We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.

2. How We Use Data

Uploaded data is processed temporarily to generate listings and then securely deleted. No permanent user data, photos, or CSV files are stored on our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

Chatbay Analyzer uses:

  • OpenAI for image and text analysis
  • eBay Developer API for listing creation (if user connects account)
  • Postimg / Dropbox / WordPress (optional) for image hosting

All services comply with their own privacy policies and security standards.

4. Security

Connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Tokens (like eBay OAuth) are stored securely in session memory and never written to disk.

5. Your Rights

You may request immediate deletion of any active session data by closing your browser window or logging out. We never retain personal data beyond your session.
